Purpose of data processing, legal basis

Purposes of processing: Feedback (e.g. collecting feedback via online form as part of surveys with customers or employees). We conduct surveys and questionnaires in order to collect information for the communicated survey or questionnaire purpose.

The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in conducting the survey and the resulting findings (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR), unless we explicitly ask you for your consent (in which case your consent is the legal basis in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

The surveys and questionnaires we conduct are collected completely anonymously. Personal data is only processed to the extent that this is necessary for the provision and technical implementation of the surveys (e.g. processing of the IP address in order to layout the survey in the user's browser or to enable the survey to be resumed with the help of a cookie).

Processed data types: Content data (e.g. entries in online forms); usage data (e.g. websites visited, interest in content, access times); meta/communication data (e.g. device information, IP addresses).

Affected persons: Communication partners; participants.

Categories of recipients

As part of the provision of services, we use service companies that are separately bound to confidentiality and data protection where access to personal data cannot be ruled out. Categories of recipients are IT service providers. Data will only be passed on to authorities if there are overriding legal provisions. Data is not transferred to third countries.

To conduct surveys, we also use the LamaPoll service provided by Lamano GmbH & Co KG, Frankfurter Allee 69, 10247 Berlin, Germany, which acts as a processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The surveys are conducted in anonymous mode, i.e. we do not receive any information (including IP addresses) with which we could identify you as a person. Data that is automatically collected by IT systems when you visit the website is not processed by us, but exclusively by LamaPoll.

According to Lamapoll, cookies are used and connection and device-related data (e.g. IP address, device and browser information) are transmitted to LamaPoll if you take part in the survey. The IP address of participants will only be processed if the corresponding option for multiple participation or IP blacklist is activated. Apart from this, the participants' incoming IP addresses are not saved or processed in any other way.

Your right to access, rectification, erasure, objection and data portability

You may exercise your right to access, rectification and erasure of data at any time. Simply contact us using one of the methods described above. If you wish to have your data deleted but we are still legally obliged to retain it, access to your data will be restricted (blocked). The same applies to an objection. You can exercise your right to data portability, provided that the technical possibilities are available at the recipient and at our company.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the option of lodging a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time.
